Honey from the bees by Thomas and Peter
In April, they start the first flights - the bees by Thomas and Peter in the "Leitnmeadow". They accompany us through the spring, when the heather and later the fruit trees bloom around the house. The floral diversity in the natural meadows, the 100 year old lime tree, the forest nearby - can be found all these industrious animals. And in July there are the crop for us - the wonderful dark and delicious honey. Enjoy it on a crusty bread with fresh mountain butter from the breakfast buffet.
The Honey-Cookingbook
Hotels, guesthouses and beekeepers from the Carnian region have participated in the book.
The texts come from the pen of Andrea Knura, which also had the idea for the book. The companies will present many wonderful recipes - from soups to delicate appetizers, meat and fish dishes to sweets. You would not believe how many variants can be honey.

From tree to table
Whether strawberries with rhubarb, apricots with carrots, greengage with bananas - in Mrs. Eder's kitchen everything is lovingly made into marmalade, you will enjoy for breakfast.
The home-made chutneys made from apples, plums and peppers accompany then one or the other court in the evening or the local cheese.
